When I’m having a bad pain day there really isn’t much I want to do sometimes, so movies are often my go to. I also have a few of my favourites that I generally watch on these days, because they are feel good and cozy. I watch these ones because they are familiar, and I know that they have sweet happy endings. (I also stay away from action movies because I tend to be hypersensitive to noise on flare days). As a person I love to read. Reading is basically my number one hobby and the love of my life. Unfortunately, when you’re a spoonie, brain fog, fatigue and pain can make reading very hard.
