Hello lovely people of the internet! I know this wrap up is very late, but I haven’t done one in a couple of months, and I promised myself I would start doing them again so here I am! September was a very busy month, and although I know I did heaps, I also can’t remember half of it. Do you ever have these months? Continue reading “Goodbye September…”
Hey guys, I haven’t done a favourites post in a couple of months and I’ve missed writing them heaps, so today I’m going to do one for the month of September! There are so many things I loved in September, although some of them are a bit out there, and I can’t wait to share them!

When I’m having a bad pain day there really isn’t much I want to do sometimes, so movies are often my go to. I also have a few of my favourites that I generally watch on these days, because they are feel good and cozy. I watch these ones because they are familiar, and I know that they have sweet happy endings. (I also stay away from action movies because I tend to be hypersensitive to noise on flare days). I thought today I would share some of my favourite flare day movies with you. Continue reading “Spoonie Sunday: My Go-To Movies for Flare Days”

Plus it is now less than 6 months till Christmas, which may play a part in my okay-ness with the time flying because I friggin love Christmas. Anyways, I’m supposed to be talking about June, so let’s get into this wrap up! Continue reading “Goodbye June…”
As a person I love to read. Reading is basically my number one hobby and the love of my life. Unfortunately, when you’re a spoonie, brain fog, fatigue and pain can make reading very hard. I also know a lot of other spoonies that love to read but have trouble, so I thought I would share some of the tips I’ve acquired over the past few years of how to read more as a spoonie. I’m sure these tips would also work for anyone who struggles to read sometimes as well. Continue reading “Spoonie Sunday: How to Read More as a Spoonie”
As a Spoonie, a lot of stuff in life can suck. There is almost always some part of your body that is in pain, and there are a lot of things you miss out on and can’t do. It can be so easy to focus on these things, which can drag you down.
A couple of years ago my Auntie gave me a happiness jar and I loved using it last year, and have already started this year, so I thought I would tell you guys how to make one today. Continue reading “Spoonie Sunday- DIY Happiness Jar”
